About Lisa

Lisa is a professional dancer and Level II certified Pilates instructor. After the birth of her daughter she was on the quest for the ideal movement discipline for general health, rehabilitation and the mind-body-spirit connection, and she found her answer with Pilates. Shortly thereafter Lisa received her Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level I and Level II certificate with Master trainer Yves De Moor.

Lisa is passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their full potential and enjoys teaching with great attention to detail, sharing her rich experience and knowledge of the body. In combination with breathing techniques and centering her sessions become an effective form of stress management. Lisa has been sharing the joy of Pilates in the studios of Groene Vallei, The FourNine, Lequilibre, VERSO, De Ast and at Yoga-Pilates - Nazareth.
